• "Partner Attorney" or "Buyer" means a licensed attorney or law firm that receives Leads through our Services.
• "Platform" means our website, applications, and related technology systems.

3. Description of Services

The Legal Center operates a lead generation platform that connects Consumers seeking legal assistance with Partner Attorneys. We collect information from Consumers and, with their consent, share that information with qualified legal professionals.

4. Consumer Terms

4.1 Consent to Contact

By submitting your information through our forms, you expressly consent to be contacted by our Partner Attorneys regarding your legal matter. The Legal Center does not contact consumers directly; only licensed attorneys in our network will contact you. This contact may include:

• Phone calls (including automated calls and prerecorded messages)
• Text messages (SMS/MMS)
• Emails

You may revoke this consent at any time. See our opt-out procedures in Section 9.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service.

4.3 No Guarantee of Services

Submitting a lead does not guarantee that you will receive legal representation. Partner Attorneys independently decide whether to accept clients based on their own criteria.

5. Partner Attorney Terms

5.1 Qualification

Partner Attorneys must be licensed to practice law in their respective jurisdictions and maintain good standing with applicable bar associations.

5.2 Lead Handling

Partner Attorneys agree to:

• Respond to Leads promptly and professionally
• Comply with all applicable ethical rules and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of Consumer information
• Not resell or redistribute Lead information

5.3 Fees and Payments

Partner Attorney fees are governed by separate subscription or service agreements. All fees charged by The Legal Center are for marketing services, not for referrals or case outcomes.

6. TCPA Compliance

The Legal Center maintains strict compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). We obtain express written consent from Consumers before sharing their information with Partner Attorneys for telemarketing purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our Platform are owned by The Legal Center or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of communications at any time by:

• Replying "STOP" to any text message
• Clicking "unsubscribe" in any email

We will process opt-out requests within 10 business days as required by FCC regulations.
